Taking those first tentative steps, reaching out for professional help, can feel daunting. I too have been in this position. It is a brave decision to seek professional help and advice. From here on, with my support, I truly hope you will no longer feel alone. Together we will work through your troubles and life's complications. I will be committed to your recovery, supporting you whole heartedly throughout your journey of inner discovery. My hope for you is that you will feel heard and truly listened to and together we can head towards what I believe we all aspire to - a life of Pure Thoughts.
The counselling relationship is at the heart of all that we will do. It is this relationship that can elicit change and growth. Initially we will have a consultation session where you can explain why you have come to Pure Thoughts and what you would like to achieve. This can either be done on the phone or via a Zoom session. There is no charge for this initial consultation. If you are happy, we can then book in our first session. It's as easy as that. So if you can feel that inner fire to change, please head to the contact form.
I am looking forward to meeting you!
