About Caroline...

I have been a rock singer, photographer, Police Officer and slave to many, many cats and now have found my niche as a Counsellor, counselling locally and nationally online.

It was experiencing deep depression as a result of developing fibromyalgia and almost loosing my partner to suicide that bought me to counselling. It is not extreme to admit that my counsellor saved me. I will be forever grateful.

And so here I am. Passing on what I have learnt. So if you too, find yourself thinking 'I need help' may you too find solace and peace in your counsellor through your counselling sessions with me.
