I work online through Zoom. I and my clients find that online sessions work very well, providing the connection needed between client and counsellor that facilitates growth and empowerment, whilst allowing you to feel comfortable and secure in your own environment, more able to fit these sessions into a busy schedule, if that applies to you. Working online also allows for flexibility for appointments, where in person sessions can be restricted to only office hours.
